For all orders we Offer Combined Flat Rate Shipping.

Small Packages $5 to $10
Medium Packages $10 to $20
Large Packages $20+

Combined Flat Rate Shipping, Means it, will cost you the same amount, whether you buy a single item or multiple items. We can also combine shipping with our EBay Auctions, if you win an auction and then you wish to then buy a product off our website we can combine the order’s so you will only be paying one shipping price}.

Australia Post:

We use Australian Post for smaller parcels and PO Box mail, all items sent via Australia post in Australia are registered and require signature on delivery or pick up. Australia Post Items are sent Wednesdays and Fridays.

International Orders are also shipped through Australia Post, shipping times are 7 – 10 working days with Air Mail. All international parcels are sent with insurance where avaliable. Please email for international shipping quotes. www.australiapost.com.au

Fastway Couriers:

We use Fastway Courier to send larger Packages within Australia(shipping every day Monday to Friday); all parcels can be tracked via the Fastway website. Delivery is usually 2 working days to most central destinations. Couriers can not deliver to P.O. Boxes. www.fastwaycourrier.com.au

1. We inspect all items prior to shipping however if you do have a damaged product you may return it at your expence for a replacement. All returns for replacements, must be sent to us within 14 days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must also arrive in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you..
Many of our items are Limited Editions that may not be available for replacement at the time the return is received. In this case, we would offer a full refund of the original product purchase price

2. If packaging appears to be damaged at time of delivery please do not sign for the goods. Once signed for you are saying that the Items are in good order, this voids the insurance. If the Item appears to be damaged Bring it to the Delivery Persons Attention and notify us and we will take it up with the Courier/Aus.Post .Do not take delivery of the package. .

3. Please be sure of your selection as we will not return/refund an item if you simply change your mind.

4. Refunds will only be given if we cannot replace the item.

All items are inspected before shipping i.e.: statues, cars etc. If you do not want the items opened at all please let us know. Sealed items are considered to be in mint condition and do not have any return options.

Split Shipments
Kollectable Kaos policy is that if you have placed an order for a "Pre-order" or "back-ordered" item, along with product that is in-stock, we will ship the product which is in-stock first, and then the other items as they become available. Kollectable Kaos will not hold in-stock items in our warehouse until all pre-order items from an order arrive. Kollectable Kaos will ship items as they are available to ship. Please note that this will result in a ship charge for each shipment which means that the final shipping charge will be different than the charge noted on your order.

Rest assured we at Kollectable Kaos are collectors, we understand the importance of good packaging to make sure you receive mint condition collectables. We take every care possible when processing your order.
Kollectable Kaos will not incur the Postage charge of Goods being returned.
