Why Should You Pre-Order
When you pre-order your products from Kollectable Kaos you never have to worry about missing your favourite collectables again.

WHY PLACE PRE-ORDERS .....?
At Kollectable Kaos we make avaliable pre-orders for all new products that we order. This allows our customers to "reserve" items in our incoming shipment prior to the product physically arriving in stock. Often we will only receive one shipment of a product as distributors and manufacturers usually sell out on release, meaning we are unable to place re-orders. This makes pre-orders the only way of guaranteeing that you secure your products.

RESERVE YOUR PRODUCTS IN ADVANCE .....
When a customer places a pre-order with Kollectable Kaos we assign them stock against our incoming order. Once we have sold all incoming units a product is placed "sold out on pre-order".

FIRST COME FIRST SERVED ON STOCK ARRIVAL.....
All pre-orders are filled on stock arrival on a first come first serve basis in the date order that they were placed. This means that the earlier customers place their pre-orders the less chance of being affected in the event of a product shortage.

20% DEPOSIT ON ORDERS OVER $100.....
Only pre-orders over $100.00 require a 20% refundable Deposit. All pre-order over $100.00 get a free Club Kaos Membership. Check out will show the full order value, however we will manually charge your card the 20% Deposit (Paypal is paid in full).

Price Change Policy......
All prices on the website are subject to change without notification. If a price is adjusted you may choose to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund of any monies pre-paid without any penalty fees or charges.

Web Order Laybys Welcome
- Minimum Deposit 20%.
- 12 Week Maximum.
- Minimum of Monthly Payments.
- Laybys cannot be Seperated.
- 20% (of Layby total) Re-Stocking Fee applies if Layby Terms and Conditions are broken and Layby cancelled
